Bespoke Transaction

A customized, non-standardized transaction that is specifically tailored to the commercial needs or investment objectives of one of the counterparties. The term "bespoke" is also used to refer to customized, non-standard provisions of an agreement or transaction document. Often used in the context of swap transactions.
