The OFT has published a statement on the application by NYSE Liffe US LLC to become a recognised overseas investment exchange in the UK under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. The OFT does not consider that any of the regulatory provisions of NYSE Liffe will have a significantly adverse effect on competition.
