A transfer agreement for the conversion of a general partnership into a limited liability partnership (LLP).
The standard document should be used where an existing general partnership is transferring its entire business to an LLP which has already been incorporated. It assumes that all the partners of the general partnership will become members of the LLP and continue to run the business through the LLP.
