New regulations in England and Wales have been made that provide for the visiting requirements for formerly looked after children and young people who have been remanded to prison or been sentenced by the court.

New regulations in England and Wales have been made that provide for the visiting requirements for formerly looked after children and young people who have been remanded to prison or been sentenced by the court.
Note added: on 8 March 2011 the Visits to Former Looked After Children in Detention (Wales) Regulations 2011 (SI 2011/699) were made.
