MoJ consults on EC proposals for revised Brussels I

 The Ministry of Justice has published a consultation seeking views on proposed revisions to Regulation (EC) 44/2001 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters (Brussels Regulation): in particular, whether it would be in the UK’s national interests to opt in to the forthcoming negotiations on the Commission’s revised Regulation.
