AIM Note for Mining, Oil and Gas Companies (MOG note)

A note, published by the London Stock Exchange (LSE), which applies to resource companies (being companies operating in the mining and oil and gas sectors admitted to, or seeking admission to, AIM) such as exploration, development and production companies (but not companies which purely invest in or provide consultancy, advice or other such services to resource companies).
The note forms part of the AIM Rules for Companies (AIM Rules) and the AIM Rules for Nominated Advisers (Nomad Rules). It sets out specific requirements, rule interpretation and guidance for resource companies in relation to their admission to AIM and ongoing obligations.
