PLC Arbitration has published a new flowchart on UNCITRAL arbitration, based on the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules 2010. (Free access).
PLC Arbitration has published Flowchart, UNCITRAL arbitration (2010 Rules). The flowchart sets out all of the stages of an UNCITRAL arbitration when using the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules 2010, including:
  • Commencing arbitration.
  • Forming an arbitral tribunal.
  • Relevant procedures in the arbitration.
  • Award and post-award.
