The Environment Agency published revised guidance on footprint and annual reports under the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme in May and June 2011.
In May and June 2011, the Environment Agency (EA) published revised versions of the following guidance on the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme (CRC):
The EA has not indicated what changes it has made to the earlier versions of the guidance on footprint and annual reports.
The deadline for submitting the first footprint and annual reports is 29 July 2011. Failure to submit these reports on time could result in significant financial penalties (see Legal update, CRC: Environment Agency guidance on penalties for failure to submit annual report).
Note also that the EA had originally planned to issue invoices for the 2011/12 subsistence fees in July 2011, but it now intends to issue these in late August or early September.
