Chris Huhne, Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, published a written ministerial statement laying the final report on the events at Japan's Fukushima nuclear site and the implications for the UK nuclear industry before the House of Commons on 11 October 2011. The report was published by Dr Mike Weightman, Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Nuclear Installations and executive head of the Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR).
