A standard document contract for the sale of residential freehold land by a mortgagee, incorporating the Standard Conditions of Sale (Fifth Edition - 2018 Revision) (SCS). A number of provisions in the contract modify and exclude the SCS and it is suitable for transactions where the SCS need further amendment.
