The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) has announced its proposals following its review of environmental legislation as part of the government's Red Tape Challenge, including the scrapping of the Site Waste Management Plans Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/314) (SWMP Regulations 2008).
