The US Copyright Office is extending the period for public comment in response to its August 23, 2012 Notice of Inquiry requesting comments on issues relating to remedies for small copyright claims.
On September 14, 2012, the Copyright Office published a notice in the Federal Register extending the period for public comment in response to its August 23, 2012 Notice of Inquiry requesting additional comments on its study of remedies for small copyright claims. Comments are now due by October 19, 2012. All comments and reply comments must be submitted electronically through the Copyright Office website.
