The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) released a new online version of the 8th edition of the Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure (TMEP), which includes a new search tool among other new features.
On September 17, 2012, the USPTO announced the release of a new online version of the 8th edition of the Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure (TMEP).
The new online version includes new features, including a:
- Redesigned user interface.
- Search system allowing enables users to conduct highly focused queries with advanced search syntax.
- Search history tool with quick access to a record of searches.
- Flexible interface that makes it easier to navigate across content areas, search results and viewed documents.
The new online version of the TMEP is available on the USPTO website.
