This Legal Update reports on significant changes to the local rules and procedures for all US federal district and appellate courts between November 27 and December 3, 2013. It also reports on changes to the individual practice rules for judges in select district courts during this time period.

The US District Court for the District of New Hampshire updated its:

Judge Cynthia M. Rufe posted required procedures for parties moving for summary judgment under Rule 56.
