A release of liability (commonly referred to as a liability waiver) to be used by a sponsor of an event or activity involving driving (or riding in) vehicles provided by the sponsor or the participant. The release is to be signed by a potential customer or a member of the general public in connection with participation in the event or activity. The release contains a covenant not to sue, an acknowledgment of assumption of risk, and an acknowledgment of voluntary participation, as well as an optional indemnity.
