The Civil Procedure (Amendment No 7) Rules 2014 (SI 2014/2948) have been published. They amend CPR 6 and CPR 74, and will come into force on 10 January 2015, together with the Brussels Regulation (recast) and The Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments (Amendment) Regulations 2014.
