First Circuit

District of Rhode Island

The US District Court for the District of Rhode Island revised its local rules effective December 15, 2014. A copy of the previous version is available here.
The District of Rhode Island also posted a notice regarding the mandatory electronic filing of civil complaints.

Second Circuit

Northern District of New York

The US District Court for the Northern District of New York amended the general order governing the court's pilot mandatory mediation program.

Southern District of New York

Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein revised his individual rules. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Third Circuit

Eastern District of Pennsylvania

Judge Gene E.K. Pratter added general guidelines regarding discovery.

Sixth Circuit

Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals

The US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit revised the local rules for the Sixth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel and issued a notice regarding the amendments.

Western District of Kentucky

The US District Court for the Western District of Kentucky issued General Order 2014-13 and General Order 2014-14, both governing the assignment of cases.

Seventh Circuit

Western District of Wisconsin

The US District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin issued Administrative Order 320 and Administrative Order 321, both governing the assignment of cases.

Eastern District of Missouri

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri revised the following local rules:

Central District of California

The US District Court for the Central District of California revised its bill of costs form and its request for approval of substitution or withdrawal of counsel form.
Judge Ronald S.W. Lew revised his procedures and schedules, including the section on mandatory courtesy copies.

District of Idaho

The US District Court for the District of Idaho posted redlined changes to local civil rule 15.1.

Eleventh Circuit

Middle District of Florida

Judge Paul G. Byron revised his case and trial management preferences regarding exhibits and exhibit lists.

Southern District of Florida

The US District Court for the Southern District of Florida issued an administrative order amending its magistrate judge pairing plan.
