The SEC and its EDGAR filing system will be closed for business on Friday, December 26, 2014.
The SEC will be closed on Friday, December 26, 2014. As a result, the SEC's EDGAR filing system will not be accepting any new filings. The SEC and EDGAR will be open for business again on Monday, December 29, 2014.
According to a statement from the SEC, December 26, 2014, will be treated as a federal holiday for filing purposes. Any filings due on December 26, 2014, will instead be due on December 29, 2014.
