Seventh Circuit
Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals
The US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit posted its Appearance & Circuit Rule 26.1 Disclosure Statement.
Southern District of Indiana
The US District Court for the Southern District of Indiana:
- Updated its local rules to include Appendix B: Standards for Professional Conduct Within the Seventh Federal Judicial Circuit. A copy of the previous version is available here.
- Posted the Indiana Rules of Professional Conduct.
Ninth Circuit
Central District of California
The US District Court for the Central District of California updated its Application for Admission to the Bar of the Central District of California.
Magistrate Judge Michael R. Wilner updated his procedures and schedules to reflect that:
- Mandatory chambers copies of e-filed documents must be delivered to his drop box by noon on the day after filing.
- Proposed orders must be in Microsoft Word (preferred) or WordPerfect format. WordPerfect was previously the preferred format.
