The Supreme People’s Court (SPC) has released its first judicial interpretation of China’s Property Law. The interpretation addresses issues related to real property registration, the validity of registration notices, transfers of certain types of personal property, the impact of judgments, arbitral awards and other legal instruments, the exercise of a right of first refusal by a co-owner, and the acquisition of property rights by a party acting in good faith.
