Trustee in bankruptcy

Either the Official Receiver (www.practicallaw.com/A36147) or an insolvency practitioner (www.practicallaw.com/A35386) who takes control of a bankrupt person’s assets. The trustee’s main duties are to sell these assets and share the money out among the creditors (www.practicallaw.com/2-379-0852).
