DAC Report
The Departmental Advisory Committee on Arbitration (DAC) produced two reports:
- A substantial report on the Arbitration Bill (dated February 1996) (see DAC Report on Arbitration Bill 1996).
- A shorter supplementary report on the Arbitration Act 1996 (dated January 1997) (see Supplementary Report on English Arbitration Act 1996).
The reports are used by the English courts as aids to interpreting the Arbitration Act 1996.
