A click-wrap, end user licence agreement (EULA) for electronically accessed, off-the-shelf standard software under English law, drafted from the licensor's perspective for use in a business-to-consumer (B2C) arrangement. It is to be used where the software is supplied by a retailer, under a separate contract, but the software owner wants to provide a direct licence of the software to the consumer end user.
