The ICC is creating a new task force on the recognition and enforcement of awards pursuant to the New York Convention. The task force will consist of experts in international arbitration. Its primary aim will be to collate national rules of procedure for recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards on a country-by-country basis into one user-friendly document.
