As we have previously reported (Legal update, Discussions continue on proposed amendments to UNCITRAL rules ), the UNCITRAL Working Party met in February to continue their discussions of various proposed amendments to the UNCITRAL arbitration rules, including new provisions aimed at introducing greater transparency in investor-state arbitrations.

A detailed report of the February discussions, drafted by the Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group's representative at the discussions, has now been published on the APRAG website .
