PCA to open regional facility in India | Practical Law

The Permanent Court of Arbitration is to open a regional facility in New Delhi. The Union Cabinet of India has given its approval to the Host Country Agreement between the Republic of India and the PCA. The regional facility will provide a forum for PCA administered international arbitrations in India for disputes arising in India and in the region, both between States and between a State and a non-State entity, such as foreign companies that have made investments in the region.
