The Environment Agency published revised guidance on the charging scheme under the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme in September 2010.
In September 2010, the Environment Agency published a revised version of its Charging Schemes and Guidance document. The original version was issued in April 2010. The Charging Schemes and Guidance document sets out the various charges that may be made under the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme.
The revised version of the guidance does not change the level of charges payable. The only change of substance is an additional paragraph in the guidance explaining the process for payment of annual subsistence charges for third party account holders.
