A specimen anti-bribery and anti-corruption clause for use in contracts for the supply of services (or both goods and services), drafted from the customer's perspective. It is short form and designed for use where the customer considers that there is a medium to low risk of incurring liability under section 7 of the Bribery Act 2010.
