The Information Commissioner's Office has published a decision notice (FS50233989) holding that Buckinghamshire County Council was not entitled to rely on the personal information exemption under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, when asked to disclose the names of councillors who were members of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).
