The First-tier Tribunal (Information Rights) has partially upheld the Information Commissioner's decision as to whether information about the performance-related payment scheme applying to senior board members of the Olympic Delivery Authority fell within the personal data exemption under section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, but ordered disclosure of some of the requested information. (Davis v Information Commissioner, EA/2010/0024, 4 January 2011.)
