FOIA: letter informing applicant that requested information is not held

A letter to be used when responding to a request for information made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. This letter can be used to notify the applicant that the authority does not hold the information.

The letter is based on a draft response published by the Ministry of Justice, which is subject to Crown copyright.
