Employee Handbook Disclaimer about Employee Benefit Plans

A Standard Clause for an employee handbook stating that any summary of benefits in an employee handbook or a summary plan description (SPD) for an employee benefit plan under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) simply summarizes and does not replace or amend the underlying plan document.
