On March 29, 2012, Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) announced that it has created a new Feedback Review Board (FRB).
On March 29, 2012, Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) announced that it has created a new Feedback Review Board (FRB). The FRB is designed to serve as a conduit for investors, issuers and various market constituents to communicate with ISS.
The new board is intended to complement, but not replace, other existing channels for engagement with ISS. It will consider comments from market constituents regarding:
  • Accuracy of research.
  • Accuracy of data.
  • Policy application.
  • General fairness of ISS policies, research and recommendations.
Submissions to the FRB can be made using its new submission form.
