We have published Practice note, Ethical issues for counsel in international arbitration, authored by James Freeman, Senior Associate at Allen & Overy. There is increasing awareness about the problems that may arise from duties of professional conduct owed by counsel in an international arbitration. This note assesses the issues for both parties and their counsel and offers possible solutions, including a code of ethics for international arbitration.
