The School of International Arbitration at Queen Mary, University of London has invited responses to its 2013 International Arbitration Survey.
The School of International Arbitration at Queen Mary, University of London (QMUL) has launched its 2013 International Arbitration Survey - Corporate Choices in International Arbitration: An Industry Approach, sponsored by PricewaterhouseCoopers. The 2013 survey focuses on the use of arbitration in different industries and aims to provide an insight into the future development of arbitration. The survey also examines arbitration as an industry in itself and addresses matters such as funding and the choice of service providers.
The 2013 survey is seeking the views of in-house counsel only, who are invited to complete a confidential questionnaire by 15 September 2012. The results of this survey will be published in early 2013.
This is the fifth survey to be carried out by QMUL since 2006. The previous 2012 survey on current and best practice in the arbitral process is ongoing and the results are due to be published in September 2012 (see Legal update, Responses invited to QMUL 2012 International Arbitration Survey.
