Director and shareholder did not have standing to bring judicial review proceedings for breach of the procurement regime

On 12 June 2012, the Court of Appeal in Northern Ireland in Traffic Signs and Equipment Ltd and David Connolly's Application (Leave Stage) [2012] NICA 18 (12 June 2012) dismissed the appellants' renewed application for leave to appeal the High Court's refusal to grant leave to challenge procurement decisions by way of judicial review.
