On July 18, 2012, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) held a public meeting on its proposed Strategic Enforcement Plan. The EEOC is holding open the record of the meeting for 15 days and will accept written comments during that time.
In February 2012, the EEOC adopted a Strategic Plan for the 2012-2016 fiscal years. As part of its Strategic Plan, the EEOC committed itself to developing a Strategic Enforcement Plan (SEP). The EEOC hosted a public meeting on its proposed SEP on July 18, 2012. At the meeting, the EEOC sought input from interested members of the public on its national priorities for the next three years, and recommendations for improving enforcement, outreach and customer service.
The EEOC will hold open the July 18 meeting record for 15 days, during which time meeting attendees and members of the public can submit written comments on any of the issues discussed at the meeting. Public comments may be mailed to:

Comments may also be emailed to [email protected]. The SEP will be posted on the EEOC website when it is finalized.
