Magistrate Judge Sherry R. Fallon updated three forms:

Sixth Circuit

Eastern District of Tennessee

  • The US District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee has given notice of and an opportunity to comment on:
    • amendments to Local Rule 83.10, concerning supervised release;
    • amendments to ECF Rule 4.10, concerning state court record in habeas cases and other large records; and
    • a proposed new rule, Local Rule 3.1.1, concerning patent, trademark and copyright cases.
  • The US District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee updated its Electronic Case Filing Rules and Procedures.

Seventh Circuit

Northern District of Illinois

  • The US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois announced proposals to amend Local Rule:
    • 73.1, regarding magistrate judge assignment; and
    • 54.1, regarding transcript costs.
  • Judge Joan B. Gottschall updated two documents:

Judge Edward M. Chen updated his General Civil Standing Order.

Southern District of California

The US District Court for the Southern District of California:

District of Montana

The US District Court for the District of Montana updated its Administrative Procedures Manual for Filing in the District of Montana, which now requires documents that are conventionally filed at the clerk's office to be signed with a conventional signature (Rule 7(d)(ii)(2)(a)).

Western District of Washington

The US District Court for the Western District of Washington posted an Order Defining Electronic Device Policy for Western District of Washington Courthouses.

Tenth Circuit

Western District of Oklahoma

The US District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma updated its Electronic Filing Policies & Procedures Manual.

District of Utah

The US District Court for the District of Utah updated its CM/ECF and E-filing Administrative Procedures Manual, which now provides that scanned documents should be OCR'd where possible and practical.

Eleventh Circuit

Northern District of Georgia

The US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia posted a new Application for Admission Pro Hac Vice.
