The First-Tier Tribunal (Information Rights) has ruled that HS2 Ltd was not required to disclose a full internal organisation chart showing staff names in response to a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), since the exemption for personal data under section 40(2) of the FOIA applied. (Chapman v Information Commissioner, Case EA/2013/0073, 27 November 2013.)
