A form of completion guaranty agreement, favoring the ground lessor (landlord), to use when a guarantor unconditionally guarantees a ground lessee's (tenant's) obligations for a finite period. In this Standard Document, the guaranteed obligations include tenant's build-out and other monetary and non-monetary obligations. While ground completion guaranty agreements are generally governed by state law, this jurisdictionally neutral template is useful and relevant in every state.
