Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) published its 2015 US Summary Proxy Voting Guidelines.
On December 18, 2014, Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) published its US Summary Proxy Voting Guidelines, effective for stockholders' meetings on or after February 1, 2015. This release follows the November 2014 publication of the ISS 2015 Proxy Voting Guideline Updates (see Legal Update, ISS Releases 2015 Proxy Voting Guideline Updates).
ISS also published 2015 summary proxy voting guidelines for Europe and other regions. For more information, see the ISS website.
Update: On January 7, 2015, ISS published its US Concise Proxy Voting Guidelines. The guidelines provide a sampling of key ISS voting recommendations from the US Summary Proxy Voting Guidelines.
