An explanation of how to enforce arbitral awards in New York, including procedural considerations and the grounds on which enforcement might be challenged. This Note discusses the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards, the Federal Arbitration Act and New York arbitration law (the CPLR).
