Financial Reporting Council (FRC)

An independent UK regulatory body responsible for promoting high quality corporate governance and reporting. Among other things, the FRC is responsible for regulating auditors, accountants and actuaries, and setting the UK Corporate Governance Code and UK Stewardship Code.
