Rules published by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and contained in the Listing Rules sourcebook which is part of the FCA Handbook. They lay down minimum requirements for the admission of securities to the Official List (listing), the content, scrutiny and publication of listing particulars, and the continuing obligations of issuers after admission.
