Clauses to be inserted into a service agreement or employment contract (for example, Standard document, Employment contract for a senior employee) where the employee is an executive director on the board of the company. The clauses also contain specific provisions for listed companies, or companies whose securities are admitted to trading on AIM. These clauses can be removed if the company is a private company.
