PLC Dispute Resolution has updated Practice note, High Court Fees from 1 October 2007: A Quick Guide, in light of Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2007 (SI 2007 No. 2176 (L.16)) and the subsequent corrections in Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) (No.2) (Amendment) Order 2007 (SI 2007 No. 2801 (L.29)).

PLC Dispute Resolution has also published a new Practice note, County Court Fees from 1 October 2007: A Quick Guide, which sets out the fees payable in the County Court in relation to certain key stages in the proceedings with effect from 1 October 2007.
