On 21 December 2007, the Antitrust Division for the US Department of Justice (DOJ) announced, that it will not appeal the decision by the US District Court in Philadelphia to dismiss the antitrust indictment against Stolt-Nielsen, S.A. (Stolt-Nielsen) and two of its senior executives.
