The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) is an internationally recognised arbitration board with offices in Seoul and Prusan. It is dedicated to the prevention and settlement of commercial disputes and provides international parties who find themselves in conflict during the performance of their commercial business with unbiased and independent services to administer and conduct international arbitration, conciliation and mediation. The KCAB has also signed more than 30 international arbitration agreements and co-operation agreements with similar organisations throughout the world.
