HKIAC appoints new Secretary General | Practical Law

The Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre has appointed barrister Gary Soo as its new Secretary General. He will take up his post on 1 September 2008, replacing Christopher To. As well as practising at the Bar, Mr Soo is a chartered engineer and the president of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators. He also has extensive expertise in domain name disputes.
