Information Tribunal rules contract between public authority and service provider not exempt under FOIA

An update on Department of Health v Information Commissioner, 18 November 2008, in which the Information Tribunal rejected the Department of Health's arguments that a contract between it and one of its service providers was exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
